BCC Board
BCC Board is the executive arm of the Club. It manages BCC's day-to-day operations and oversees the implementation of the package of services the members are entitled to by individual BCC bureaus.
The Board recommends the lines of the Club's actions to other BCC authorities and bureaus, decides on the Club's involvement in various initiatives, determines the areas of BCC interests. It also determines the conceptions of BCC lobbying actions and interventions and then assessed their implementation. It analyses the performance of individual bureaus, see to implementation of the Club's information policy, devises the lines of action and the strategy of actions of reginal chapters.
The Board makes decisions on the shape of Club fetes: the summer and winter gala and the Polish Business Leader competition. It proposes and discussed the subjects of training, seminars and meetings with BCC members; it cooperates with economic and civic organisations. With regard to matters concerning the composition of BCC bodies and preparing draft resolutions, the Board cooperates with the BCC Council of Organisers, the Chief Council and the Convention. The Board implements the resolutions of the Chief Council, with the Convention and the Counci of Organisers acting as advisory bodies and a source of inspiration.
